What’s Korean Cinema? Episode 1 – ‘My Sassy Girl’

The guys over at the Podcast On Fire Network have mapped out a series of six episodes called ‘What’s Korean Cinema?‘, the first of which is now online. Hosted by Podcast On Fire’s Stewart Sutherland and Kenneth Brorsson (So Good Reviews) and with guests Rufus de Rham (VCinema Show and cineAWESOME!) and myself (erm, sorry about that..!) ‘Episode 1 – My Sassy Girl‘ takes a lighthearted look at Kwak Jae-young’s rom-com as well as a discussion of different first experiences with Korean cinema.

The second show is lined up to take a look at the excellent ‘Welcome to Dongmakgol‘ and you can vote on the films to be discussed for the remaining four shows in the series by clicking here.

Listen to ‘What’s Korean Cinema?‘ at the Podcast on Fire website now by clicking the image below, otherwise you should be able to find it on iTunes shortly…
