KCCUK – 12 Directors for 2012

It’s good news for Korean film fans in the London area as the Korean Cultural Centre has extended its film screenings from fortnightly to weekly. Additionally, this promises to be a particularly special year as each month will be dedicated to the work of a different director and the final screenings of the month will take place in a cinema venue and feature special Q&A sessions with the director concerned.

January kicked proceedings off in style with screenings at the Cultural Centre of Nowhere To Hide (1999), M (2007) and Gagman (1989), all films from director Lee Myung-se, and this Thursday (26th January) will be a special screening of Lee’s stunning film Duelist (2005) at Apollo Cinema Piccadilly Circus, followed by a Q&A hosted by Dr. Daniel Martin.

Tickets are priced as follows: 10.00 GBP/ Student 8.00 GBP and can be booked via the Apollo website here: Apollo Cinema Booking
